I protested this and went pro se at the OCC. I wanted a new lease and pooling option. The lease was signed in 1974 but a well was not drilled until 1977. There was a cessation of production . At the end of the hearing the judge said Mrs. Mason- there is a problem with your lease but I can’t be the one to tell you what it is. Do I have the opportunity to have the lease reviewed by an attorney and have a new one negotiated ? I would love any suggestions:) thank you
