9-9N-4W has active leasing within the last few years. Multiple infill horizontal wells are in multiple sections all around section 9. Fourpoint Energy has filed for infill wells (at least three) in sections 4 & 9. If you are a mineral owner and have not received the massive number of packets from the OCC, you need to contact the attorney for Fourpoint.
