Hutch… I finally got a day free and drove down today through the “diggins” and yes, there are three wells up and running on what I believe to be Section 5, Township 2N, Range 4W. These are actually the same ones I could see in the distance 2 or 3 weeks ago when we went to Smokin Joe’s for some great Bar B Q. If you remember, I said on here that I could see 3 rigs up and running but we turned the other direction at the intersection so didn’t know for sure where they were. The signs at the highway turning up that way say they are Patterson Rig 283, HP Rig 544, and HP Flex Rig #432. Best Wishes Big Boy!

Diggins… Today I drove down to what I call the diggins. Besides the three rigs I saw on Section 5, Township 2N, Range 4W, I also went south on the road past the new Newfield (Encana) office toward our Section 34, Township 2N, Range 4W. When I got to Section 22, I saw an active water line laying from a little creek south and going up the south edge going west on the south edge of 22 just across the road from our Mark well on Section 27, Township 2N, Range 4W. When I followed the line west a little bit it was headed back north through the pasture. But I saw no rig or equipment going in to build location. Has anyone known of anything being drilled on Section 22 and if so where is it going? Coming home I saw a large flare on a new well in Garvin County on about Section 11 I believe in Township 3N, Range 4W. Appreciate any info on the water line I saw… hope it’s another well going into Section 34 “In My Dreams Well” lol.

LW_Lea….The new rigs going up are as good an excuse for going down to Smokin Joe’s as I can think of and it’s always better with friends like you guys so come to Okla. again soon and we’ll tour the diggins and end up eating that great Bar-B-Q and maybe some famous fried pies while we’re at it!
Sounds great Linda, Bar-B-Q and fried pies. However, it looks like we will have to wait a bit. Maybe Hutch can push some of those wells through Section 17 and on into 20. A little extra 
motivation wouldn’t hurt.
I know what you mean LW_Lea! They need to jog a little sideways to 16 and on down to 34. Wouldn’t hurt our feelings at all. Haha
LWL, Continental has stated that they plan more wells going south out of 17, just not sure when. I’m not getting any younger, next good offer I might just sell out!
