The three surveys you mentioned, A-26, A-608, and A-616, appear to be 8 to 10 miles southeast of the Surprise Valley leasing area. This map shows those three surveys relative to Surprise Valley:
Hello, I have minerals A-12 Leon County 65.26 gross 16.32 net, 69.3 gross 34.65 net, and in Abstract 25 Robertson County 85.68 gross and 40 net. This is in the lease area of Comstock. As of now, these are all open.
I too was approached several times by Surprise Valley and did not accept their terms.
My goal is to sell the minerals in these tracts.
I am lucky enough to be in five of the wells completed and being drilled with Comstock and Aethon in Robertson County crossing under Hwy 79.
I just have too much of my assets tied up in minerals and am looking to diversify.
Any help as to what buyers in this area are paying would be a big help.
