Most offers to buy come before drilling. Since there is a permit for a horizontal well in a section catty corner to you NW Sec 24, someone may know something about pending activity. Most offers to buy pay for some portion of current wells, but they intend to make a profit off of the future wells, so rarely pay for them. Our family likes to keep our royalties. Depends upon your personal situation as to whether an offer makes sense. Would ask for more if you need to sell as first offers tend to be low.
