Karla, Energynet looks like a fair one, but may not be best unless you have some production to show. I would also offer to your operator although I would not just let the operator meet the offer, I would make him beat it or sell to someone else. Who better knows the value and how much he could offer than the operator, but you need other offers to keep them honest. Karla, One more thing, if you don't absolutely have to have the money right now, you might wait to sell after you have collected a few royalty checks because I think they will discount the production when they make the offer anyway. the first check will probably be for 4 or 5 months production and could be substantial. My first check of 5 months on 7.619 acres from a well as good as yours could be was $4,800 at 16% royalty and you have 22 + times that acreage and 16.67 royalty. Before production starts is not the only time to sell.
