Clint, we have been contacted about wanting to lease in Section 34, Township 20N, Range 1W, even though we only have a very small mineral acre. What is the going rate per mineral acre in Noble County close to that section? I think it is going to be a pool of 640 acres and I think she mentioned something also about 18% royalty. For 3 years they will be sending some paperwork in the mail.

My lease ends Friday - the 28 June - I saw Mustang Oil - from what Clint sent over on 17, Township 24N, Range 3E - they wanted an extension - and got it from the OCC - but they didn’t fill out a form the BIA needed - 90 days before the lease expired - so if no one contacts to lease it - it will be put back up for BID in October through the BIA - sure seems like a lot of money to throw away for not filling out the paperwork… Steven

Nancy, I have no idea what the bonus rate is since I don’t have minerals here. Possibly one of the other members of the Noble County Group will chime in with some numbers. Good luck with your lease.

Clint Liles

350 a acre was the rate 2 years ago - but with a lot of hits in oil and gas - I am sure it’s higher now.

Does anybody know what date in October the BIA will have their auction of lands in Noble County? Thanks Steve
