Hello. I am a part owner of a producing oil well in Grady County, OK. I am getting royalty checks. I've gotten a letter from a landman, Great Southern Minerals of Lafayette, LA inquiring if I might be interested in selling. As a matter of fact, I am. Two questions: 1. Would anyone have recommendations for choosing an oil and gas attorney in Amarillo, Texas? I have found several online who have experience in the industry. 2. I may consider looking for other landmen to offer to buy my interest. I know there are perhaps thousands in the industry, but would you have any to recommend?
