The buyer knows where the newest permits are located. Trere is a rig in section one probably going north int 36 & 24 from the name of the well. There are permits in 3 going north into 34/27, 10/15/22, Another permit in 4 going north into 33 & 28. Don’t just think about one or two wells, think about multiple wells. Buyers rarely offer the value of the future wells as they fully intend to make a profit off of their purchases.
