I am an all-around greenhorn when it comes to this kind of business. I have read hundreds of articles and forums but don’t want to make a decision based on self-learned techniques/vocabulary that I may not properly understand. From what I’ve read I now realize we were taken advantage of in our last lease agreement with lack of knowledge and don’t want it to happen again.
