Good research. we have some land east of there. East of Lamesa in fact…my brother called me the other day and said he received a call from a company that offered $350 per acre to lease and 20%. he told them that was way below from others and countered with $750 and 25%. they called back late last week and said $600 and 23%. haven’t seen it in writing yet.
