Is a “drive there” possible. I personally were at my whits end with a producer and was a mere 2 days before I was going to take a trip to their front door !

A landman will be a less expensive first route to try. Get the statement from the operator addressing the issue and what you need to do to clarify it. You can find a Texas landman through AAPL. A CPL (highest designation) or RPL (second highest designation) will have training and are held to ethical standards.

Have you tried a certified letter return receipt? That starts a clock ticking in TX when they are supposed to respond. Is this the Division Order person or a landman?
