Why is Pantera so active in drilling wells at this time?

My wife owns mineral rights in the south section of 165 block 3T in Moore County but has received no royalties from it. Is there any wells in this section, or any planned? Any info will be appreciated.

I don’t see any activity in the area in many years. On the GIS map I see where there are 2 plugged gas wells (01756, 01067), 1 plugged oil/gas well (01068), and 1 old oil well (green circle) in the southern part of Section 165, Block 3T, A-269. A gas well was drilled in 2001 in Section 145 but it has already been plugged.
