Most of these permits and intents to drill were filed by Pantera Energy of Amarillo. Pantera purchased all of BP America’s leases in Moore and Sherman Counties in the fall. What is their strategy here? Will they go forward with these wells even after the price decline in oil and natural gas? Is there a possible oil play here?

Anyone’s insight would be appreciated.
