I can’t offer any legal advice but I urge you to thoroughly investigate your well locations. With the current drilling boom in Oklahoma you could have some sizeable untapped value in those sections i.e., the chance of drilling more wells in the future. Even if you are set on selling make sure you get what it’s worth.
