Gordon, I’m JUST a mineral owner and by no stretch every a well-educated negotiator, but I’ve never seen the lease bonus included in the lease agreement, just the royalty percentage. Usually the lease bonus is contained in a cover letter or separate correspondence, not in the body of the lease agreement. At least that’s been my experience. Linton
