Madison County, TX Oil & Gas Permits

With oil at 47.00, no one is likely to drill any wells in Madison County, for a while. Recently drilled wells are not likely to be fracked and completed. If the price stays down, things will change quickly for the worse.

Look back to the mid to late 1980's. Oil was cheap, and no one in the oil patch was working.

aClint ,Not sure what this means but I got a letter in the mail concerning RAtification of Oil and Gas and Mineral Lease . The area is AmyBoatwright League Survey A-7 Madision County.

Look at the ratification of lease. What are they wanting to change and why? The area was busy until the price drop. Who is your lease with?

Here is more information:

Crimson Exploration Operating ,Inc. planing on Drilling a well . I own a Non- participating Royalty intrest.

The lease is in Madison County from a producing well that goes back to the 1950's. Amy Boatwright League Survey, A-7...

Does anyone know more what is going on in this area?
