Has anyone been offered to lease their minerals in Section 25-8S-1E?
John only the surface location is in section 15. The lateral with perforations are in section 10. As far as I know it should only produce from sec 10. I could be wrong as I have not received a DO yet. Since this well is so far to the west side of sec 10 I would suspect a 2nd well will be drilled across the east side of sec 10. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
Jay, on the Holden 1-15H10, there is a lateral hole into 10-7S-1E. How would the percentage breakdown be between the two sections (15 and 10)?

Does anyone know the timeline of the entire process: from initial drilling to fracking to production to division order to first royalty payment? I have some mineral interests leased and I’ve been told XTO has started drilling in two of the sections and I’m wondering how long it usually takes to see a production report. Thank you!
I’ve been following discussions for about two weeks and find this list very helpful. I am wondering if anyone know whether any drilling is happening or planned for S/2 SE/4 and S/2 NW/4 SE/4 of section 10, township 8 South Range 2 East in Love County.
