Due to health reasons my Mom is in long-term care. Last year we found out her Father left her and her sister Mineral Rights in Logan County, Oklahoma. We have been advised to have her sell her portion to me. It must be fair trade prices. Any ideas or suggestions? This is a listing of their undeveloped holdings:
- Undivided interest in NE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 16 N, Range 1 W of the Indian Meridian.
- Undivided interest in Lots 1 & 2 of Section 1, Township 15 N, Range 1 W of the Indian Meridian.
- Undivided interest in the NE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 16 N, Range 1 E of the Indian Meridian.
- Undivided interest in the S 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 15 N, Range 1 E of the Indian Meridian.
- Undivided interest in the S 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 15 N, Range 1 E of the Indian Meridian.
Assessor’s office has mapped it out for us but we still can’t figure out how many acres it makes up! We have lots to learn so appreciate any assistance!!
