You can find leases on www.Texasfile.com, but many in Texas will only be a memorandum of lease which does not have as much information as you might want. if you find a lease that is filed that pertains to your acreage, you could politely ask the executive owner what the terms are. Or you can contact the grantee of the lease and ask them.
