So, good news. I found the exact location of my/our 4 acre mineral tract. Tomorrow a call to the attorney for advice on the next step. My friend through inheritance would like to sell the rights on the open market. Since President Trump has been elected,I foresee drilling in all oil & gas sectors opening up to regain our top spot in worldwide production. I’m not so sure of selling, because I see a bright future in oil & gas drilling. To be continued.
