That’s the address of their registered agent. The company address listed on the lease offer is 25 Highland Park Village, Suite 100-863, Dallas TX 75205. However, that is a UPS store that offers mailbox services.
My assumption is that Emawood Energy is an LLC created for leasing purposes.
