If you have notified Marathon, the operator & I presume the applicant for the cases at the OCC that the law firm is sending information for, you have no worries. Best guess is a landman picked up an old address from the records of the county clerk’s office. If you are definite that your current address is of record in the county clerk’s office of both Garvin & McClain, then you have nothing to worry about. If not, you should file a notice of your new address or current address if you will, regardless of how long you have lived there.
