You are replying to a discussion that is pushing two years old.
The rates that were negotiated were not published here and the lease form was a booger. I am a bit surprised that they took it, but they were over a barrel.
To top it off, the Radcliffes are in two non-pooled wells.
Their interest was not located (or totally ignored by the Operator hoping that these mineral owners would never come to light) by the operator and this was after two wells were drilled. Suffice it to say, the Radcliffes did well, very well.
