I am trying to find out the name of a Newfield multi-unit well that went into production May 2014. 36 & 25 17N-8W. Well location is 1-16N-8W, Kingfisher County.

The name of the well turned out to be Mueggenborg 1H-25X. I found out because we got our division order yesterday. Finally made it to the payment zone!

The search form you mentioned brings up 5 documents such as spud date, first production date etc. Do you have a search method to find out production rates?
