I am new to this site. I have a “Gift Deed” of some mineral rights in Kern County. I am trying to learn more about it. Section 4, Township 10N, Range 12W (with some exceptions). I don’t know how to find out where this is.

Go to: Department of Conservation Map Server
Click: “Find by PLSS”
Select Meridian = San Bernardino
Enter the Township, Section, Range.
These minerals are right by Edwards Air Force Base. It does not look like there is any oil or gas production nearby. I saw a few plugged wells in adjacent Townships.
