Hello, I recently found out of an imposter ~ (has a similar naming, but clearly several decades apart by birth) ~ using my family member’s land, and that person applied for a drilling permit in 1982 or 1983 and now has clouded the Title.
I have clear poof, but what I do not have is a lawyer yet. Does anyone here have any recommendations, for a law firm? I want one who will not let the state of Kentucky sway the outcome as I fear squatters’ rights. Is that even a real thing for a fraudulent act of identity theft?
