Bizarre dealings with this outfit. I had consolidated a small package of mineral/ORR for sale as an estate cleanup. I sent him what amounted to a first look before I sent it to several other contacts. He reviewed and offered. I accepted, pending a formal sales document. Waited and waited. Reached back out twice. Nothing. Ghosted me. It was a bit inconvenient as I have an impairment and had spent time and effort pulling and reviewing deeds from stored boxes in anticipation. Certainly unprofessional at best. I did have the feeling I was dealing with young people based on all the short texts and the fact that they never answer the phone. Would suggest caution or better yet, not dealing at all with this outfit at all imo.
Same here- they mailed me an offer letter in July of last year. I emailed them in response and they didn’t respond until late September. They asked for some documentation and I sent it and never got a reply. Unprofessional to say the least.
This too happened to us and I suspect there are several others who have experienced the same. I researched extensively and my results at the time did not give me a level of comfort. Hence we elected to pursue other offers and did not waist our time with them.
