I’ve seen properties in East Texas that have over two hundred possible different individual or family heirs ownership’s in the estate. The original owner died over a hundred year’s ago and the family tree got larger with each generation. Usually some of the oldest think that when someone dies that person’s interest does not go to that person’s family estate or children but to them!
