@Co6aka too many members of this forum quickly jump to “crooked” when the truth is related to their duty to properly and continuously research the property. Have you attempted to contact the operator/purchaser? In many cases, the answer is either poor address records by the purchaser or just an error. Try a phone call or an email to start the process.
