Again sir, very nice info. I thank you greatly. In the end I do have resources in which to protect myself. So, nothing lost nothing gained?
I do apologize as I truely do not know what a wedge valve may be. I know what a BOP is.

It's a type of gate valve with a wedge type gate. Are you interested in the stem riser type or stationary stem?

I do very much apologize for my lack of understanding. I feel foolish.

Also, if I may ask, what are the risks in Pooling?
If I had $10,000,000 liquid cash and a dozen lawyers on retainer, I wouldn't sign a contract that was worth $1,000. Partly, I have learned from oil and gas that where there is no contract language, there is no language to twist. Where I have not signed lease agreements I get paid promptly according to law. The only thing signing leases has ever gotten me is lawsuits and the threat of lawsuits, and this is on leases that are probably 100 times the value of your lease. There is no protection in a lease that isn't worth enough to make it worthwhile to enforce it. If there is forced pooling in Utah, who is to say you will not gain if you do not sign a lease? On my force pooled wells I get paid so fast I feel sorry for those who signed leases, including me who have to wait to get paid. I rue the day I ever signed a lease. Thank goodness it wasn't for all my minerals.
So, sir. I should in my case, wait it to pool? As my interest seem to be small.
If so, that may be my intent and best option. I will see after my meet.
If in fact other is presented to me, I may post to you for direction.
Thanks again!!!
Travis, I'm somewhat tired, been working on my court case for the lease I signed. At any other time I would be glad to learn all about the forced pooling rules in Utah and point out the highs and lows to you, for the sheer joy of learning about the forced pooling rules of another state, but not tonight. I suggest you look into it before you make any irrevocable decisions. I hope you consider the logic of what I have said and make your own best decision. I do wish you good luck. You can make your own luck by being informed. Don't rush into anything and think about it from all sides.
