I found the best way to get another Landman interested is to show up at the county records office and let them know you are a mineral rights owner. When I was checking family records there were at least 4 teams and several individuals looking for unsecured mineral rights in Fisher county where I have my property. They were all interested and I had a few offers. (all better than the one I had been sent) I have a feeling that all I would have to do to get them interested is sit on the Cout House steps with a cardboard sign around my neck stating ''WILL LEASE FOR BETTER OFFER'' And I have nothing but praise for Wilsons advice. Very well stated and will be extremely beneficial in my dealings with the Landsmen. Good luck
