Could I please hear from other Lee County royalty owners as to what are the going rates to sign a deal in Lee County? We have an offer on the table for 20% with $500 per net mineral acre and I am trying to gather information as to whether or not that is a fair deal.
Also, I would appreciate any information as to what is going on in Lee County including current drilling, production, good companies to sign on with or companies to avoid, Eagle Ford Shale drilling in Lee County or any other information on what’s going on in the Lee County area.
