My brothers want to “gift “ me their mineral rights that we inherited from my Dad when he passed away so we can move it out of the trust. What documents or paperwork do I need from them that I can file with the county to gain ownership to get this done? Is this time consuming or difficult to do ? We prefer not to use a lawyer, cpa, etc.
