Gambit Oil Company - Bankruptcy - Have seized leases been released by the courts - yet?

Hi Everyone - does anyone know if Gambit Oil Company's seized leases have been released yet? I have 30 acres in the Bermuda Colony in Dimmit County that were seized and now tied-up in bankruptcy courts 3 years ago... they have since expired. Per my attorney, I will not find out if they are now on the 'open market' until a Lease Offer is presented to me and my family. Any information and/or offers appreciated. Please let me know here...
