Glad to hear about the strong leasing effort around Muldoon. My latest Courthouse Direct showed a lot of leasing in the last quarter of 2025. Kinda reminds me of the good times around here of 2008-2014. Ready to see some drilling and then continue to move their leasing effort toward the West, Cistern/Elm Grove area.
