Thanks for your thoughts and what you said makes a lot of sense. IMO, it just leaves to much interpretation or possible manipulation in the hands of the producer/operator.

Thanks again for responding on this “Allocation Well” process. The more our friends and neighbors know and hear about this, the better informed we will all be.
