I am mulling an offer right now in Fayette County, 11 acres approximately 5 miles south of Smithville. Terms offered are 3 years with 3-year option at $100 per acre per year, 16.75% royalty. Sounds like a year ago you might suggest trying to get a better royalty percentage. Has anything changed there to your knowledge?
