I'm always looking for new prospects to take them. 175 acres is much smaller than much they usually go for, but if they see potential they won't waste much time getting in touch with you. You are correct about this being mentioned on this site. I have not checked on this with the County but I will make it a point to ensure their records reflect that my acreage is no longer leased. This may very well be the reason no one has showed interest in leasing it. Thanks for that advise. I appreciate it. Ed

Make sure you "unlease yourself" at the court house. No one else will touch you if you are tied to a company leasing you. You need to get a release. I am sure this has been monthioned here but I did not see the posting so better safe than sorry.
