Yes, I know your attorney and he put me in contact with DEE, LLC who just took my lease that I wrote for 3 years no option to renew $250 per acre with 1/4th royalty. Devon refused to lease for more than 3 years - $350 - 3/16ths and would not take my lease. DEE didn’t like my lease either, but took it when I gave up a little on my bonus.
