I received an email from Targa Resources about putting a 16" gas pipeline, 100 rods across my property. NE4 of NE4 of Section 14, Block 7. I am trying to get a hold of Mr. Caldwell to see if he can help me. I only messaged him on this site as I am on the East Coast and thought it too early to call him.
