Received a lease offer on a parcel A-1070 in Dimmitt County, Texas… wondering if anyone has anything close that we may compare numbers to. They are offering $1,500 an acre and 5% royalties. From what I can tell, there are a few producing wells close to this parcel, just curious what is the going rate around there as this is all new to me, just got the first call last week. Thanks for any help you guys may have.. Dave
