Dispute with surface owner

I didn't know about this property until the land man contacted me. The lease is for 40.4 Acres. It is part of Survey No. 32, Abstract No. 416 situated in LaSalle County, Texas being tract 302, 303, 304, and 305 of the Altito Ranch Subdivision. As well as Lot Numbers 302, 303, 304 and 305 Block 13 of the Altito Town-site. March 23, 1910. I appreciate all the information you have given me. I will schedule a trip to the town very soon. Thanks again.
