I recently received an offer from a company Armer & Quillen, LLC out of OKC. I think my offer is low, but was wondering if anyone had heard of these guys or had any experience with them? Strangely, after a quick phone call they forwarded a lease agreement that included a copy of the draft - something I had anticipated discussing prior to seeing a generated lease. Any input is appreciated! I am in Section 12.
