Got notified today of two filings; One for location exception and the other for a spacing unit application.

Every well that is drilled has to have an approved spacing for drainage of the intended reservoir(s). The wells will most likely be horizontal wells, so the spacing is probably going to be 640 acres.
The location exception is to be able to move the well location from the center of the spacing to another place. Just regular filings. You do not have to do anything.
Watch for the horizontal approval next.
