Curious if anyone knows what Continental is offering Caddo County section 34 areas. Proposed sites coming up and lots of seismic surveys happening. What’s the going rate for paying surface uses? Continental agents very pushy on “getting things going” they told me.
Welcome to the forum. You need to add the township and range. There are many section 34s in Caddo.
Sold rights in October, 36-10N-09W for $1700/nma. Of course, I can’t get any response for a comp from 2019 for tax purposes! Best of luck.

We now have new markings on our drive from Continental. It is bright orange CKE (symbol marked through O) CLR. Any ideas what’s up?
Can’t give more info without the complete section, township and range. Many 34s in Caddo.

Are you asking about surface payments for a seismic shoot? “not much” or for leases?
Continental is planning some multi-section horizontal wells in a large swath of 9N-9W. They already pooled section 34. 3/18/26. Folks only have 20 calendar days from the date of the pooling order to select their option.
