I currently live in Texas. As a general rule I don’t sell minerals but am getting older and would hope to avoid an OK probate if something did happen.
With my limited online resources I don’t see anything going on in these areas but I know anything can happen over time. Any info would be appreciated. I currently own interests in the following:
Good idea, but not sure. I’m familiar with POD or TOD for bank or brokerage accounts. Each state’s real property law can be different, so you’d need to check for OK. I’m in Texas and have heard that it can be done for residential real property. Since mineral interests are real property, I suppose it could be done in Texas, just haven’t seen it yet.

27-1n-4w-I would not sell if Continental is about to spud. Take the royalties on the new horizontal wells. They will be much better than the old conventional vertical wells. May be infill wells in the future.

What’s going on with the Stephens County play? Where is its current prospected area? I have minerals HBP, Zenergy is current operator. Section 10-1N-8W
Activity varies by reservoir in Stephens county. Your section has mostly old wells and not in the current hot spot for the Woodford play.
Territory drilled some Hoxbar horizontal wells in sections nearby back in early 2000s.
