Thanks for the reply. There seems to be a consensus that the NPRI goes with any sale, and the people currently getting royalties will continue to receive them. Makes sense. I don’t intend on selling, but that offer was very good and seemed to reflect all 50 acres. Doesn’t make sense, though, for a buyer to pay for 50 mineral, (royalty), acres but get only 25.
