Welcome to the forum. Have you received your division order yet? They usually come out five months after completion. You do not have to sign a division order in OK. But they do want your W-9, so I send in a “letter in lieu of Division Order” instead and attach my W-9. Send by certified mail so that you have a paper trail. You can use the magnifying glass above to search for the term and see a template.
