How long before production reports start showing? We are told it is producing very well.
Tracey,
Some of these oil companies/producers’ completion reports never get posted on the Railroad Commission website. Why? I don’t know. I think it should be mandatory that they be posted. Just my opinion.

Thank you, Clint. I was wondering if you have any prices for leasing in this area, sir. Thank you.
Joseph,
The nearest activity was back in March (spud date March 2014) when API # 389-34062 was spud about a mile to the Northeast of your A-4376. 11,500’ horizontal well targeting the Wolfcamp formation. No completion report posted.

Can’t help you there, Joseph. Possibly some of the mineral owners in the area can help you with some numbers.
Joseph, the yellow marker in this picture supposedly leased for $3,000/nma. Linton

Your maps are fantastic! Thank you!
Dj
Why thank you, DJ, my pleasure!
Linton,
In the two pictures you posted on July 25th, why is Section 183, H&TC Survey, Block 1 shaded orange? The reason I ask is that I have some surface and mineral rights in the north half of that section.
Thanks,
Mike
Hi, Mike! A childhood friend of mine, Tandy Hudson, owns mineral rights in that section and I colored his orange for him. Do you know him? Linton
Linton,
I don’t know Tandy. I purchased the land and 1/2 the minerals in the NW quarter and 1/8 of the minerals in the NE quarter (no land) in 2007. Just waiting for a drilling rig to stop by !!!
Mike
Mike, if you get one to stop by I sure would appreciate it if you would send him to me when you’re done! Linton
They have about a year left on the lease, so I hope they drill !!!
Although, a nice signing bonus would be OK too !!!

Can you help me with Section 25 Block 56 Township 2?
I own 88 acres in Section 25 Block 56. Please help. I have so much trouble finding out the activity in the area.
Louis,
I would say your minerals are in a good location for future exploration and production. In April 2014 well #33902 was drilled and has been completed. Link to completion report on well #33902:

Louis, from what I can see there is some good production in the area of your minerals. Just try to be patient. The producers/oil companies will get to you in time.
Thanks for your quick response. The family has 55% of the 620 acres. We have been offered $12,000 per acre. The link did not open on the well to review.
Louis,
Well #33902–356 BOPD (Barrels Oil Per Day)//////1,885,000 MCF (Thousand Cubic Feet of Gas Per day)
Well #33903–262 BOPD//////3,818,000 MCF
Both good wells.
My mineral rights are in Block 56 Section 25 Township 2. The maps sent to me so kindly did not show the county lines. I just want to make sure that I was looking at the correct wells around my property. Ninety percent of the land is in Reeves County with the rest in Loving County. Thanks for all your help.
Louis, I shot a couple of pictures for you off of my 1945 map. Didn’t do a great job, shaky this morning! And not sure these will help, but hope they do. The little green marker is your Section 25. Linton 1701-IMAG1181.jpg (234 KB) 1702-IMAG1186.jpg (262 KB)
